The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What if I have something in mind but nothing matches my vision in your shop?

That's fine! Just send me a message on Etsy and let me know that you have a specific look in mind. You can also send me a couple of inspiration photos and I can let you know if it's something I am able to create for you :)

Can you guarantee that my envelopes will be received by guests?

Unfortunately, I don't have control over the delivery of your envelopes to your guests. Some inks, envelope finishes, and calligraphy styles are not legible to the USPS and envelopes may even get lost in the mail despite everything being 100% perfect. I am always happy to look into any potential issues with my own local post office and I will advise you on best practices when it comes to mailing envelopes. I try to keep addresses relatively simple for this purpose. Thank you for understanding!

What if there is a mistake on one of my guest addresses/names?

If there is an error and it is due to my oversight, let me know immediately and I will send a corrected item overnight to you at my own cost. I triple-check everything but mistakes can unfortunately happen despite diligent efforts to eliminate them! If there was an error due to your oversight, I will try to send a corrected replacement ASAP and will work with you on the preferred shipping method which would be at your cost.
